As a Project Manager at NASR Group, Michael is involved in Project Management, design review, management and contract administration of various NSW Government and non- Government projects.
Michael has valuable experience in managing wider design teams that extend beyond the building services area, and ensures successful completion of required documentation in accordance with the design program milestones, commercial objectives, budget and high standard documentation.
Michael has experience in facilitating and chairing design reviews at various phases of the design as well as shop drawing reviews during construction phase ensuring design compliance, company fit for purpose standards are maintained, improving design as a whole and resolving design discrepancies, errors and omissions.
Michaels greatest attributes are liaising with various project stakeholders and establishing good working relationships with consultants.
